Pleasent house with 2 rooms and 1 sofa bed in little neighborhood surrounded by little wood near downtown.
Enjoy the tranquility and the wood to take a walk.
The mall, restaurants, bakery, butcher's shop are close to the house.
The house has 2 little garden, one on south to enjoy the sun and hamock, one on north to make barbecue and eat.
You have access to the garage to put your bikes or other things.
-Free parking in front of the house.

- Bus stop at 100 meters from house with several destinations : down town, train station, mall.
- High way exit at 3km.
