Perfection in Citrus Heights

This home was perfect for our 5 day stay. Well appointed, everything set for our stay in the quiet, residential area. Mila was responsive, no problems. Location was good for day trips around area.

Excellent location, very clean house, good neighborhood

We stayed at this property for 2 nights with our friends and family (total 7 members). The house is great, spacious and very clean! The owner is very courteous and customer service was great. The neighborhood is safe and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is only a 1.5 hrs from some of the ski resorts so that really worked out for us. Dont miss Mario's early toast for brunch! Will be back soon!

Guest had a huge unauthorized party with way too many people and too many cars. After reservation was cancelled due to many broken rules, guests refused to leave, did property damage, smoked and left cigars, had loud music with speakers, brought an animal, covered cameras, loud party outside past 10pm.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed for 5 days at this property and it was exactly as described. Mila, the host, would respond right away whenever we had a question. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, we felt very safe staying there. Very clean and spacious, we’re a family of 5 and the foosball table kept my tweens entertained. Will definitely be using the property again whenever we come visit family in Sacramento!
