The space

This is a private unit with private backyard entrance and direct pool access, you will find:
- Separate, very welcoming living area
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, family size dining table and very comfortable dining chairs
- 2 spacious bedrooms, both with KING SIZE beds
- Full bathroom with brand new full size soaking bath
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.

No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.

We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows, or put on electric fireplace in winter time.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

Guest access

You will have your own, private, 24-hour sliding door access from the back yard with your own key.
