We had a great stay at Sandy Cheeks! The house was GREAT for our group- plenty of space to spread out and fun amenities to keep our young kids entertained. Our stretch of beach might as well have been private property- it remained quiet and traffic was limited, even on the weekend. We had a great time!

Perfect location. Enough room for our party of 12. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed the game room. Hot Tub and cargo lift was a plus. Large enough deck for our family to view the 250th Anniversary Birthday of America fireworks show up and down the beach. Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home. We hope to rent again. The view and beach access can’t be beat here! Property was clean and as described. The outdoor deck was spacious and the hot tub was great. A couple of things that could be better: there were no bath mats (minor). And the upstairs area had an odd odor to it and wouldn’t cool lower than 73. Overall, we had a great time!

Family Beach Getaway

We had a fabulous time at Sandy Cheeks. The proximity to the beach can't be beat, and the layout of the home was perfect for our needs. The home is beautifully decorated, and the upstairs game room was an added plus. I highly recommend staying here.

Sandy Cheeks was Amazing!

We had such a great stay at Sandy Cheeks! The house is spacious with a lot of great amenities such as the game room and hot tub. The location to the beach was amazing! We were able to see dolphins from the deck! Highly recommend!

We hate telling people but on e again this place had everything we needed. The home was clean, lots of seating, enough plates and silverware to meet our large families needs. The pits and pans were plenty and not cheap. We had such a great time we added a few things to make others stay as nice as ours as a thank you. The king size beds had one really soft, one medium, and one firm, something for everyone and that was a huge hit! Hope others enjoy Sancy Cheeks as mich as we did.

Wonderful Beach House

Great place for our birdwatching party of 7. Unfortunately the strong winds meant minimal time on the deck - it was still lovey to look out the windows at the rough surf. The living and kitchen were so light from all the windows and the kitchen had a great layout to accommodate us all at the same time. Huge bonus was having the lift for our luggage!

Spent a couple days at this house with the family and dogs between Xhristmas and New Years. Easy access to the beach and house was just as expected. Lots of space for large groups both inside and out. Don’t hesitate to stay at this property.
