Listing Looks Great with Potential—Reality Was Unsafe and Poorly Maintained

Renter beware. The listing for “A Sandy Cheeks” significantly misrepresents the property. Broken and malfunctioning amenities, dark and unsafe stairs and back deck (all string lights don't work), unreliable internet, and a hot tub that wasn't usable the first night. Most concerning, I was lightly electrocuted when trying to plug in outdoor string lights which essentially provide all the light for the back deck. Management was notified about issues but never followed up.

Family Beach Getaway

We had a fabulous time at Sandy Cheeks. The proximity to the beach can't be beat, and the layout of the home was perfect for our needs. The home is beautifully decorated, and the upstairs game room was an added plus. I highly recommend staying here.

We hate telling people but on e again this place had everything we needed. The home was clean, lots of seating, enough plates and silverware to meet our large families needs. The pits and pans were plenty and not cheap. We had such a great time we added a few things to make others stay as nice as ours as a thank you. The king size beds had one really soft, one medium, and one firm, something for everyone and that was a huge hit! Hope others enjoy Sancy Cheeks as mich as we did.

Sandy Cheeks was Amazing!

We had such a great stay at Sandy Cheeks! The house is spacious with a lot of great amenities such as the game room and hot tub. The location to the beach was amazing! We were able to see dolphins from the deck! Highly recommend!

Great place for our birdwatching party of 7. Unfortunately the strong winds meant minimal time on the deck - it was still lovey to look out the windows at the rough surf. The living and kitchen were so light from all the windows and the kitchen had a great layout to accommodate us all at the same time. Huge bonus was having the lift for our luggage!

This is our second year in a row staying at this beach house and we had a wonderful time again! The beach house is beautiful, the location is amazing being right on the beach, and the family had the best time. So relaxing and quiet. Annual Family Beach Trip

We had an awesome time despite the weather. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Love the large bar/table where we could all eat and play games together. Nothing better than being directly on the beach-which is a must for this family.

Great family getaway

Spent a couple days at this house with the family and dogs between Xhristmas and New Years. Easy access to the beach and house was just as expected. Lots of space for large groups both inside and out. Don’t hesitate to stay at this property.

Relaxing beach stay!

We had a great time with friends relaxing at this spacious beach house. The location is super convenient, house was very clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with hardware and appliances. We will be back!
