The house is located in a small subdivision where conviviality reigns between neighbors.
The villa is close to the center of the village, you can leave the car and attend the many festivities on foot in 5 minutes.
The 75 m2 house is built on a fenced plot of 400 m2. Upon entering the accommodation you discover a space equipped with a wardrobe. Then you enter the main air-conditioned living space which includes an open, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
The large 6-seater sofa and the large screen connected TV will allow you to relax.
The night area includes 6 comfortable beds.
1 master bedroom for 2 people. with a comfortable bed of 160 x200
1 bedroom with 2 comfortable 90x200 twin beds
1 bedroom with 2 comfortable 90x190 twin beds
Sheets and towels are provided.
The equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine and fridge/freezer)
You will spend a wonderful cozy evening on a beautiful terrace with pergola and barbecue-plancha,
To relax, the outdoor area is equipped with a swimming pool, garden furniture, bowling green and ping-pong table.
Sheets, bathroom linen and tea towels are provided.
