It offers state of the art amenities. Induction cooktop, Japanese washlet toilets. Beach box on Steger Beach. Netflix, Hulu, Sonos Audio system, Apple TV. 2 parking permits for Bank Street lot. Pyramid bed is double on bottom and single on top.
There is no on site parking. Tenants may use the driveway to load and unload cars. NO SMOKING, NO PETS ACCEPTED. Washer and Dryer are shared and located off the driveway in the basement. OUTSIDE SHOWER COLD ONLY, GAS BBQ IS SHARED AT GROUND LEVEL Tenant understands no on site parking. Landlord provides two parking permits for the Bank St. parking lot. located 3 blocks away.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval.
