Clean, well appointed space for visiting STL. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house as we have family close by but it allowed us comfortable space to sleep and eat breakfast.
Easy check-in. Property is centrally located, within walking distance of a few restaurants. Street parking was at times tight, but we always found a spot.
We come to St. Louis once a year for the gateway dirt nationals. It was nice to have a home to stay in that was close by clean and in a good neighborhood. Thank you for having us we are booking again for next year
This rental was Okay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. It met our needs. For the most part it was very clean, the shower curtain was moldy and the kitchen floor had a squishy spot. The entry area smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking signs, but the bedrooms did not smell. It is an old house and did not have a lot of outlets in the bedrooms, we had to move furniture around to find them to plug in phones & C-Pap machines. It had good Wi-Fi. The location was great, we enjoyed walking to Starbucks in the mornings and we could always find a parking spot right in front of the house.
Location was very convenient for a downtown conference! Plenty of room and amenities, and the beds were very comfortable (even for my problematic back)!
The house wasn’t cleaned very well in some spots, but other than that it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful time, pictures were the same as what we met. Parking was not a problem, infact my second time of booking the same house without knowing. Thanks for hosting us. You are an amazing host.
This unit is Close to everything just as the previous reviews parking on the street which we had no problem neighbors a little noisy but wasn’t to bad and will stay again if we should come back to that area

The host was very communicative and accommodating to my requests. This was a bachelorette trip and I was worried about only have 1 bathroom to get ready in but each bedroom had huge mirrors that made the process so much easier. The kitchen had lots of appliances to use and cookware. The living room was smaller than I anticipated but I did not have any issues. The upstairs neighbors had small children that would run around during the day time but that is obviously not the hosts fault. The parking outside is tight. Everyone parks on the road and you will frequently have to parallel park into small spaces. Luckily, we always found a spot!It was a great stay
Overall the unit was great! Clean, quiet and comfortable. A few suggestions...a new storm door, better pots and pans and an overhead bathroom fan.

Thank you for letting me know. I’m truly sorry that the locks didn’t feel secure and that parking was difficult, especially with elderly guests. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you sharing this feedback.
Your space was great! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Having the kitchen fully usable made it even better. We will definitely book again. Very clean and very very nice. Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the kitchen fully usable. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon.
Three people, three bedrooms worked for us. Location was fine. Was worried about finding a space to park on the street but always found one when needed at different times of the day and night. Owner is very responsive.
It was a nice home and property. Since it was a quaint old neighborhood, the parking was limited on the tiny old narrow streets. I don't parallel park very well! However, the neighborhood was very safe, quiet and quite lovely.
The property is in a great central location: very close to the botanical gardens, science center and zoo, and only about 15 minutes from downtown (Busch Stadium, Arch). The apartment itself is very well kept, and the space was actually larger than I expected based on the pictures. You can definitely very comfortably sleep 6. Check-in and check-out processes were well communicated and very easy to follow. Very pleased with the experience, would definitely stay here again.

Hi Spencer, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased to learn you enjoyed your stay!
Pros:- Location was good- Mattresses were comfortable - Check in details were clearCons:- Not clean! (I.e. food inbetween couch cusions, dead bugs in shower, used sponge for kitchen sink, spider webs in windows, moldy shower curtain)- fridge water system broken and such a mess to clean!- some lights burnt out in every fixture - dead bolt in back doesn't lock- its a bottom unit and our upstair neighbors were not on the same schedule as us so it was incredibly nosiy late and night and early in the morning.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m truly sorry that your stay fell short of expectations especially regarding the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns you encountered. This is not the standard we hold for our listings, and your comments have already been shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams so these items can be addressed immediately (including the shower curtain, couch cushions, lights, back deadbolt, and fridge water system).
We also apologize for the noise from the upstairs unit. While it’s a separate residence, we understand how disruptive that can be and will be reminding those guests of quiet hours to prevent future disturbances.
I appreciate you mentioning the clear check-in process and comfortable mattresses, and I sincerely thank you for bringing these other items to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
Hello,
This place worked for what we needed. The kids were happy it had Disney Plus for when we needed some down time after being out exploring. It was close to everything we wanted to see. Was overall quiet and worked for us. I would recommend maybe a welcome guide so you know we’re things are located. I didn’t know where a broom or vacuum was located. Other than that it worked for us! Thanks!

Unfortunately this was not a vacation I was in St. Louis to have breast cancer surgery. The host was gracious enough to change my time in June to July when my surgery changed. I appreciate it so much a very peaceful neighborhood I had everything I needed house was very cool, and comfortable for these hot conditions. The host was very easy to get to communicate with I would stay there again. The king-size bed was comfortable I slept in. I had a few other family members to help me because of the surgery. I couldn’t move very well. They also thought their beds were comfortable.
