Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette charmante maison ! Tout y est... Même le charbon de bois pour les barbecues. Nous avions pris le nôtre au cas où, mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Vincent est très réactif et attentif.Aussi, il y a des jeux de société qui sont vraiment top ! Nous avons joué encore et encore. Belges que nous sommes, nous avons fortement apprécié la bière trônant sur la table à notre arrivée. Elle était délicieuse.Aussi, point important, la literie est impeccable ! Et puis, il y a un farde avec des balades. Bref, n'hésitez pas !!!Merci d'avoir mis en location un bien qui est réellement ce qui est présenté.

La maison est très bien située dans le haut de Royat, au calme, à deux pas du parc thermal. Elle permet un accès facile à la chaîne des puys ou Clermont.La maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle avec de beaux volumes de pièces de vie et une terrasse très agréable.

Belle location avec très bon niveau d'équipement. Tout y est ! La terrasse sans vis à vis est un vrai plus. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Clermont Ferrand et sa région. Nous recommandons !

très bel hébergement dans un environnement idéal

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée et agréable pour toute la famille. Les propriétaires sont charmants avec de gentilles attentions à l'arrivée. Idéalement située pour des randonnées et des visites et pour les commerces.
