The entrance leads to a large warm and bright living room composed of a lounge area and a fitted kitchen equipped with dining table. The kitchen opens onto a first outdoor space with garden table.

The sleeping area includes a large bedroom with a bathroom with toilet, and cupboards with wardrobe and shelves. A comfortable convertible sofa bed offers you two additional beds. You will appreciate the high ground under the creeping ceiling and the quality equipment (mattress, bathroom). The bedroom has access to a pretty garden with deckchairs to enjoy sweet moments of idleness.

A washing machine, ironing board and iron are at your disposal.

A free parking space is reserved for you.

The house is ideally located in a quiet area just 800 metres from the shops (market), 650 metres from the Petit Sergent Beach, and 1.3 km from the Gollandières Beach.
You can easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
