Great vacation in a beautiful house

We had wonderful days in this pretty house. The area around the CĂŽte d'Emeraude is simply beautiful and worth a trip. The contact with Elodie and her parents was very friendly and attentive. We would come again!

Parfait séjour à Saint Briac !

Maison parfaitement situĂ©e, adaptĂ©e pour deux familles - espace nuit distinct au rdc et un autre Ă  l’étage. Belle piĂšce de vie, jardin avec deux salons distincts. HĂŽtes sympathiques. Nous reviendrons ! Merci.

Belle maison, bien placée mais nous sommes déçus

C’est une trĂšs belle maison, spacieuse et bien rĂ©novĂ©e. Élodie a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible par messages interposĂ©s. L’accueil, fait par les parents, fut trĂšs sympathique. La maison est bien placĂ©e pour les commerces et la plage. Il y a de trĂšs bons restaurants alentour. Par contre, il y a une maison en construction juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© mais nous n’en savions rien. ArrivĂ©s le samedi, tout aller bien jusqu’au mercredi quand les travaux ont commencĂ©. De 8h Ă  18h, vraiment dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Nous avons donc peu profiter de la maison dans cette tranche horaire. OubliĂ©s les dĂ©jeuners sur la terrasse ou la petite sieste aprĂšs manger. Donc gros point nĂ©gatif mais il y en a un autre. Et je pense que ça devrait etre prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce. Il n’y a pas de WIFI disponible. Donc si vous n’avez pas un forfait illimitĂ©, prĂ©parez vous Ă  une facture hors-forfait bien salĂ©e. Dernier point, un Ă©tendoir Ă  linge intĂ©rieur serait un plus. Il y a bien un fil extĂ©rieur mais c’est difficile de faire sĂ©cher du linge quand il pleut. Avec 2 jeunes enfants, on doit faire des lessives tous les jours. Nous ne sommes pas du genre Ă  nous plaindre mais pour le prix que nous avons payĂ©, je pense ĂȘtre lĂ©gitime avec les commentaires ci-dessus.
