Appart Dans Chalet AU Calme VUE Imprenable Alpes

Quiet and elegant, our apartment is located on the garden level of our chalet that we occupy for a large part of the year. You benefit from a private entrance and an individual parking space.
Facing south on the hillside of the town of Thyez, it is 15 minutes by car from the resorts of the Grand Massif, Morillon, Samoens, Les Carroz... 30 minutes from Chamonix, Megève, 45 minutes from Annecy, La Clusaz, Geneva...
In summer, ideal location for hiking in Haute Savoie and in winter for skiing.
The accommodation
The apartment, the NIESSALPES, about 45 m2, has a main room composed of the kitchen and its living room with reading area. The bedroom with a double bed with memory foam mattress, a desk and a wardrobe is separated by a glass roof. A door from the bedroom allows access to the bathroom which is composed of a walk-in shower, a sink and toilet.
Traveller access
The Niessalpes has direct access to a small terrace equipped with a table and 2 chairs and also a large wooden terrace upstairs available on request depending on the period.
