We offer for rent, in the town of Ceyreste, 3 km from the sea, on the border of the Var and the Bouches du Rhône, this charming house, with swimming pool, with an area of 160 m² and can accommodate 6 travellers.

It is composed of a pretty living room of 60 m², a large equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² including 2 terraces and a private swimming pool.

The house is ideally located 500 m from the centre of the village, in a residential and pleasant environment. You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A south-facing living room of 60 m² with TV, lounge and dining area, and opening onto a large shaded terrace.

- A 25 m² kitchen equipped with in particular: filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob (3 gas burners), dishwasher...

- Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, located in an independent studio of about 40 m² consisting of a bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160×200), a bathroom (shower) with private toilet,
and a large room that can be used:
- Office (Dedicated workspace well equipped for working)
- or a children's room with a single bed (90 x 190) that can be installed on request at the time of booking
- or for a baby cot provided.

- Bedroom 2: upstairs, master suite with 1 Queen-size bed (160×200) and private bathroom (shower).

- Bedroom 3: upstairs, a double bed (140×200).
- Bathroom (bath) with toilet upstairs.

Note: There are a total of 3 toilets in the house (2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs)

By booking this house, you will be able to benefit from the following facilities:
- A private, unheated swimming pool, 4mx8m, depth 1.2m to 1.7m; secured by an electronic alarm (children are under the responsibility of their parents). A service provider comes once a week to maintain the pool.
- An enclosed and wooded garden of 1,000 m², terraces with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
- Terrace 1: accessible from the living room, facing south and shaded by 3 mulberry trees bringing freshness in summer.
- Terrace 2: accessible from the kitchen, facing South-West under an arbour overlooking the swimming pool.
- A private car park that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles on the street in front of the house.

For even more comfort, the owners provide you with the following additional equipment: cot, booster seat, fan in each room. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
