Situated near St. Vith and the border with Luxembourg, this semi-detached house offers views over the countryside. On the ground floor, the house has a kitchen-cum-living room, a separate living area and a room with a sofa bed, which can also be used as an extra living room with TV and DVD. There are two bedrooms with washbasins. Bedroom 4 has an extra shower. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with bathroom. There is a swing and slide in the garden for younger guests. Fenced terrace. The region is ideal for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. Bicycles and motorbikes can be stored in the garage. Interesting excursion destinations are Luxembourg, Monschau, Hohe Venen Nature Park and Malmedy. The washing machine in the garage can be used on request.

We spent our first big family vacation for a few days. Check in - Check out was problemfree. Everything you needed was there. It was a shame that the adjacent garden could only be accessed from the outside and that was on a busy street. Not advantageous with dog and babie. Good starting point to start all activities.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Man konnte neben dem Haus im Garten oder vor der Tür sitzen. Der einzige negative Punkt war die nicht wenig befahrene Straße. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall nochmals mieten.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten mit der gesamten Familie ( 3 Generationen +Hund) einen schönen Kurzurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles da was man benötigt. Vermieterin ist nett, Übergabe schnell und einfach.Guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten. Schade ist, das es keinen direkten Zugang zum Garten gibt und dieser auch nicht eingezäunt ist. Brötchen im Dorfladen gibt es nur an bestimmten Tagen am Besten zur Überbrückung Aufbackbrötchen/ Brot einkaufen.;-)

Een leuk verblijf in mooie omgeving. Het huis was heel ruim.Niet alles was goed onderhouden, bijv.een deurtje van een keukenkastje viel er steeds uit. Ook zou het fijn zijn als er een gebruiksaanwijzing voor de inductiekookplaat zou zijn als je niet gewend bent om daarmee te werken. Ook de tv kregen we niet zelf aan de gang. We wisten dat we zelf beddengoed moesten meenemen maar probeer maar eens een grote Duitse kussen in een Nederlandse sloop te krijgen, dat lukte echt niet. De eigenaresse was pas de volgende dag thuis dus dat was even behelpen.De kinderen hebben genoten van de speelruin die alleen via de voordeur bereikbaar was. Wel een drukke weg, wat niet in de beschrijving stond. Alles bij elkaar een heerlijke week geweest met mooi weer.
