About this property

Cottage retreat on tidal pond, steps to the beach

Welcome to the Pond House! This has been my home for nearly 40 years and after many years, I'm opening it up again to share with families visiting Scituate.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the dock or take a short 5 minute walk to the neighborhood beach for a swim.
Beautiful, private yard full of flowers and a little dock nestled on Musquashicut, a large tidal pond.
Grill out on the big deck and dine on the breezy screened front porch!

2 miles to Scituate harbor
5 min walk to a beach (rocky at high tide but gloriously secluded)
2 min drive to public beaches (beach sticker required for parking)

I hope you enjoy the Pond House as much as my family! It's a very special spot.

Garbage and recycling must be left in bins and taken out to driveway weekly (wednesday)
Lawn will be cut every 1.5 weeks while you rent. all chairs and personal belongings left in yard must be moved on days lawn is being cut.

What makes this property unique

It's on a secluded, private dead end dirt road with just one other home. The views from the deck and yard are absolutely gorgeous. Sunsets are breathtaking.
