Quick Family Getaway in Rosemary!

This place was awesome! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out and also come together for meals and games and conversation. Communication with the management company was very easy and they were super responsive. This is a very quick walk to the beach and to the town of Rosemary Beach as well. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything that we needed to cook full meals.There were a few minor issues like lightbulbs that were out and the rain shower heads need to be cleaned as they were down to a drizzle but everything else was terrific.

Nice house with maintenance issues

Nice house with a great layout for a family vacation. We had a fun time but we encountered many cleanliness and maintenance issues during our stay. Maintenance issues unresolved: multiple blinds did not work. Ice maker downstairs did not work. Clothes dryer had “check vent “ error light. Multiple lamps missing knobs to turn on and off. Broken desk chair in the loft. These items were reported but we were told could not be fixed during our stay. Maintenance issues resolved: microwave broken and a replacement countertop microwave was sent out. Bike locks replaced that would not open however Bikes were not usable due to low tire inflation. Cleanliness issues: return air vents showing significant dust accumulation. Couch covers need cleaning. Couch pillows dirty. Carpets not clean. Wash cloth covering air vent in 2hd floor bedroom. Slow draining bathroom sink drains with odor. Rain shower head not working in 2nd floor bathroom If this house was maintained and cleaned properly it would be a great vacation home. Oh yes , my husband tightened the wobbly dining room chairs so we could use them.

Great location, but a few hiccups

We rented the property for our group of 10 for a mother/daughter trip. The trip was wonderful and we loved the location of the house. The neighborhood pool was a huge plus! There is a path in the neighborhood that leads you right to the beach. There were a few hiccups during our trip that warrant a reduction in stars. The first night we arrived the fridge stopped working. Thankfully there was a small beverage fridge downstairs and a few coolers, so we scrambled to move all of our groceries to save them. We contacted the property management company, but a technician never came out during our stay. The hot water did not work in the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The listing says there are “beach supplies” and “beach towels” - there were 2 rusted kids beach chairs and 2 beach towels (for a house that sleeps 16). We rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach for everyone in our group each day. Overall, we had a wonderful trip.

Family fun

This home was perfect for 15 of us! Couples had their own bathroom and kids had their own! This is one of the options I look for when booking a house! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!!

Family Vacation

The house was not as clean as expected. The shades did not work in most bedrooms and living areas. The Location was not as close to Rosemary Beach as expected. I had to find a company to order chairs from because it was not located in Rosemary Beach. We had no hot water for two days. The property manager was responsive and helpful, however we were not reimbursed in anyway for not having hot water at all for two full days. The house was beautiful, but we felt like it was hard to get the air conditioning to work during the day as effectively as at night. The air conditioning was locked at 70 and during the hot summer days. It was hard to keep it cool. I don’t think we would stay at this property again.

Birthday trip

The location is great. The house is loud, AC didn’t work, pool out of order, no cleaning supplies and poor service from host. I’ll never stay at another of their properties. Do not waste your money or have a bad trip.

Great location, amazing house, quick response from owner

Three families shared this beautiful and spacious home. Everyone had their own en suite and plenty of room for all to spread out throughout the house or congregate in the kitchen/living room. Had some Wi-Fi issues that were quickly resolved by very fast responses from owner. Still a bit spotty and slow but not a huge deal. The beach was a short walk but the home didn’t come with access to either Rosemary beach to the west or the other private beach to the east so we could only find a spot on a small sliver of crowded public beach that was about 30 yards wide. If this hadn’t been spring break week this wouldn’t have been an issue but oh well—still a lovely beach. The heated pool right across the street from the house was very nice to have as an alternative. The house itself does back right up to 30A so there is a bit of noise. Be sure to lock up those bikes—one of our rentals was stolen from the driveway. Overall a wonderful house and good location in that we didn’t have to deal with 30a traffic as it is close to the end of 30a and lots of cool stuff was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Family spring break

Our vacation consisted of two families with 5 children and our parents. We loved this house and the location was great! We enjoyed being close to Rosemary and the convenient walkway and easy access to the beach! The only thing that was disappointing was the grill was old, rusty, and not usable and the utensils had been used and were not cleaned. The outside porches also could have used a good mopping. Overall, we loved it and would rent it again!

Great place for a family/friends getaway

What a great house! We stayed for three nights and we were happy with everything. The house is laid out very well for a large group. The bedrooms were spread out over three levels, offering some extra privacy, which was very nice. We especially liked that most of the rooms had larger beds - something that is not typical for most of the properties in the area that I searched, and that each room had it’s own bathroom en suite. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare full meals for our group (nine adults), and the grocery store was just a 5 minute drive away. There was nothing not to love about the house. The property itself is just a short 7-10 minute walk to the beach. We took the easy way out and rented chairs and umbrellas for the day instead of toting them there ourselves. The beach was never overly crowded which was nice too. In the evenings, we came back to the property and enjoyed the community pool for a few hours. It all worked out very well. The hosts were very responsive to any issues that came up during our stay. My emails were answered promptly, and things were addressed right away. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone, and would happily stay here again the next time we come to visit 30A!

Beach House

Our family had a wonderful stay at this amazing beach house. It is located right across the street from Rosemary with its own beach access. It was a quick five minute walk to the beach and even manageable for the two year old. Only problem was she didn’t love the sand. Good thing there was a pool in the middle of our small neighborhood that we pretty much had to ourselves all week. The house has plenty of space for 12-15 people. We had multiple ages. It is nice each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The larger our family gets the less we go out. The bikes were fun and it was easy to rent a toddler trailer for the back of the bike. We had a few hiccups with things in the house and the manager was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this beach house.

Getaway to be remembered

Upon arrival, the view from the outside was amazing. The driveway was so spacious that four cars could fit. We had a little problem getting into the home but it was well worth the delay. Once we walked in from the side door, you could smell the freshness off the well kept property. We walked all the rooms (3)downstairs and they were all spacious and fit all our needs. Next, we moved to the second floor where you have the living room, kitchen and two more bedrooms. The living room was so spacious that eight ppl could sit comfortable on the sofa and had conversation. The kitchen had a lot of space that we had more than three cooking at the same time without touching each other. The third floor was amazing because the kids were able to watch tv and play at the same time in the view of an adult. We had easy access to the beach( 1st day we walk on the road to the beach but only to find out they had a board walk that will make the journey shorter). The community was so safe we didn’t even had to close the doors at night when we went to sleep. The community gate automatically closes at 5:30pm. The pool was amazing too… overall the stay exceeded our expectation by far. This will be our spot to be from now onwards.

Perfect Get together

Fantastic home. Perfect location! Easy walk to beach, Rosemary town Center and Amicci”s/Cuvée 30A. Great room perfect for gathering. Rooms all good. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property- Great Location

Beautiful home, well appointed, and comfortably accommodated our family of 11 people. The community was perfectly situated just a very short walk to the beach down a shady boardwalk to the beach access and the pool was right outside our door. The hosts anticipated all our needs and the home’s amenities were great. We’d highly recommend any large family stay in this home!

Beautiful House, Friendly and Helpful Management

Our original rental was cancelled at the last minute, but the Inlet Beach House management made renting this lovely house fast and easy - they provided all the information we needed, were readily available by text and phone, and went the extra mile to make sure we had access to everything we needed. They arranged for bikes, gave us recommendations for activities and beached, and answered our many questions. When there was an issue with the house they were immediately on top of it, handling it courteously and promptly. Very professional. The house is sunny and spacious, the walk or bike ride to the beach is easy, the community pool is plenty large. We had a big group - 5 adults and 6 kids between 6 and 16 years old - and it suited us perfectly. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The towels were plentiful and plush. Higly recommended! (July 2021)
