You will have a pretty holiday home of 42m2 on one level (non-smoking house).
The maximum accommodation capacity is 4 people.
The house comprises: a bright living room opening onto a kitchen with fridge/freezer, multifunction microwave oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. - a dining room with a table/ 4 chairs - The TV lounge has a sofa bed for 2 people.
The bedroom has a bed for 2 people (140) and a cupboard.
You will also have a small garden and a terrace: deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture.
Parking is free for one car under the awning adjoining the house.
Location: House located in a very quiet private residence. You can easily reach the first local shops (bakery, pharmacy, Leclerc, Lidl, Biocoop) as well as the swimming pool.
The rental is close to the beaches and the port of Audierne with its activities and restaurants. You can take beautiful walks on the Sentier des Douaniers which runs along the beaches (GR34). The famous Pointe du Raz is nearby (10 km), accessible by bike.
At the end of the beach of Esquibien, the pier for the island of Sein awaits you where you can leave for the day.
The accommodation located 10 km from the Pointe du Raz is a must-see to enjoy the benefits of the sea.
Beach, surfing, hiking on the GR34, crossing to the island of Sein (pier 2 km away), Esquibien swimming pool: you will have all the leisure activities nearby.
