Quaint and updated

Loved the location of this property, it was easy access to many places we wanted to visit. Also a really nice park a few minutes away my 2 and 5 year old enjoyed. The owners take great pride in this place, the kitchen was updated beautifully; I enjoyed cooking and the coffee selection really made our mornings. The place overall was very clean, but I happened to find 3 mostly empty cans of chew tobacco in easy reach of my children (1 on a closet floor and 2 in the bathroom cupboard). I found them the first day before either could. Both kids REALLY loved the fenced in backyard and I felt safe just letting them run and play there.

Overland Park Cozy

This was a cozy home in a very central location to the wedding weekend activities which we were attending. The central meeting areas (living room, dining area) were a real benefit, as was the close proximity to highway access. The kitchen is so well stocked. There are beautiful local parks and convenient grocery stores. Pleasant weather allowed us to spend some time outdoors in the large backyard. Great value for our party of three.

Quaint and cozy

Three ladies met for a reunion at this ideal house. Location was close to shopping and great restaurants, the home was clean, updated and decorated beautifully. Communication with Mindy was excellent. Would highly recommend this home.

Great Labor Day weekend

I grew up in this neighborhood but my husband and I are a military family so we don’t live nearby. Our kiddos were a Little homesick so we decided to come back for the weekend and spend a little time with friends and family. This VRBO was absolutely perfect! It was cute, comfortable and clean. The owners were so thoughtful and made sure it had everything we needed. It was very well stocked and it just felt like home. The kids didn’t want to leave! Haha We are so grateful! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Mindy!

We love this property. It’s quaint and spacious. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and the 3rd bedroom is in the dormer upstairs. Large back patio and flat backyard. We are located 2 blocks from downtown Overland Park where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, BBQ and brewery.
