Beautiful home in a beautiful location. We have stayed in Annecy many times but always in the old town. Thought we would try this side of the lake this time and it was great. Much quieter, beautiful walks on your doorstep, short drive to the ski resorts and chateau Menthon, and close to lots of amenities.We stayed over new years and the outside temp was very cold, but the house was cozy - triple glazed windows, external shutters, under floor heating etc. Top that with a beautiful view and comfy beds - it was a perfect getaway. Our host, Elisabeth was great to communicate with and gave us lots of good tips for the local area, including local walks we had never tried that made our stay extra special. Thank you Elisabeth, we loved our stay.

A Lovely Apartment

Elisabeth and Victor’s apartment is just what we hoped for - very clean, well equipped and the bedrooms were a perfect temperature for sleeping thanks to the heating/cooling system. It’s a short walk to the lake and good hikes and Elisabeth was really helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend.
