Mini-villa of 60m2 which consists of a living room/kitchenette (completely renovated 01/2020) fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, senséo coffee maker, dining area and a new convertible sofa 2023 1 double bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm) with shower room + wc, reversible air conditioning (Hot/Cold), TV, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x190 cm) with shower room + wc + air conditioning (Hot/Cold), Cold) Free WIFI, Covered terrace Barbecue Garden Private parking Unheated swimming pool to share with the studio and the gîtes and free Jacuzzi by appointment. Daily bakery service (2 baguettes + 4 croissants). Compulsory final cleaning at an additional cost of €70. Sea trips exclusively for our customers, at extra cost, to be seen on site with Stéphane skipper for 30 years.
