Eugene is always friendly and available. The house is equipped with everything you might need and more!!! The home was mostly taken care of though it needed to be aired out when we got in and the pool needs a little love. No big issues with any of it though. The home has extra cleaning supplies for the house and the pool if needed, even water testing strips for the pool. The play/workout room was a hit for both kids and adults. The area is very nice, quiet and safe with plenty of food and coffee places near it.

My stay was fun and enjoyable! I had a UT graduate celebration with family and this house came in clutch! The host was responsive and was more than willing to accommodate during checkin/checkout. The pool was the X factor it was clean and such a vibe with the tall trees and string lights! Lot’s of floaties/tubes were provided and plenty of towels. I loved the close location to restaurants and to the university which made it easy for us to navigate back and forth from. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Really nice spot

It's a cool spot. The pool and the backyard are really nice, and there's plenty of neat stuff in the house. Pretty nice location as well, close to town but really spacious. My buddies and I had a really fun time.

The two problems we had were caused by weather which the host can not control. We could not use the pool because it was too cold for swimming. Also, the wind in the springtime was causing a multitude of leaves to fall on the property and in the pool. The host was very helpful and stayed in touch with us during our stay. We had about 35 people attend the birthday party and everyone was impressed with the property. Excellent property, excellent host.

Great place to stay in Austin

The house was perfect for our group. The yard is great for hanging out around the house and the house is located very close to amenities. The host was great and checked in throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Exceptional property, accommodations were fantastic, close to Austin, quiet neighborhood, property manager was easy to work with and very helpful with information about the local area. Would recommend this place to anyone as there is plenty of room for a group and lots to do on the property.

Great location! Easy to get to, but tucked back in a nice quiet neighborhood. Stayed here to go to ACL. You could get there as a long walk or a short walk rideshare combo.House was in great shape. Had everything we needed. Nice patio to relax and hang out on and pool if you wanna cool off. Tons of beds. Great layout for big groups.

Awesome place, close to city

Great Pool / Backyard Area

We had a good stay - the pool is fantastic and has natural tree cover and shade. Highly recommend if you are looking to spend time outside in the hot Austin summer. Rental is also close to downtown which is an added bonus.

Great house for a fun group stay!

This house was perfect for our weekend birthday celebration! It had everything we and our party guests needed. The pool was lovely and shaded, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was perfect for karaoke. We’d stay here again for our next group get-together!

Great place to stay, and great place to celebrarte

We are local, but had family staying in town for the weekend to help celebrate my birthday, and then opened up the home to friends for a party on Sunday afternoon. The property worked very well for us, both as a place to stay and a place to celebrate. We enjoyed the pool, the game room, and had a cook-out on the deck for around 30 people. The host was super-responsive, and went out of his way to support our stay.
