Sandy Lane Villas

The Sandy Lane Villas complex is perched at the edge of the spectacular and historic Bloody Point beach. (Site of a ferocious battle between native Americans and British soldiers in the early 1700's.) The quiet and secluded beach is just steps away from your villa via a picturesque boardwalk over the beach dunes.

The large sunny pool between the complex and the beach dunes provides a fun destination for the whole family.* Along with spacious decking and ample lounge chairs is a shaded area for grilling. The beautiful architecture of Sandy Lane is in evidence with its many columns, arches, pillars and balustrades. The grounds have been professionally landscaped with palms and flowering plantings. This sensational, luxurious hideaway is flanked by pines, oaks and palms.

A two-sided balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the complex resort pool facility provides the perfect environment to absorb the beach atmosphere. Sandy Lane Villa Pool is included. This condo sleeps 6 - friends and family. 3 bed /3 bath.
Master Bedroom has a full bath and ocean views. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with full bath. 3rd bedroom is two twins and a full bath.

Property is pet friendly (non-refundable pet fee applies) - bring your favorite furry friend along with you. Well-behaved canine family members are welcome, but must be adult dogs, housetrained, must stay off of furniture, not be incessant barkers, and must be friendly towards humans and other dogs. Upon departure, the vacation home should look as though no pet had been in it, including removal of pet hair. There is a pet fee of $125 for one dog, and $175 for two dogs.

The Boardwalk Villa is fully equipped for the perfect family vacation, and in a location that has no equal. Just imagine waking up to an Atlantic Ocean sunrise. We have stayed at many different Sandy Lane condos but this was one of the best. Everything was new and well appointed. We will be back soon.

Magical island, paradisical condo!

For starters, the photos do not do it justice! Each room has a white comforter now and its own en suite bath. The views are panoramic and AMAZING - large wraparound balcony! The kitchen is a very nice size and the pantry/laundry room is ample. The furniture is comfortable and interesting, and does not give off the same “too heavy” vibe in person. The entire island warns of “critters,” and we did see the occasional roach, but that seems to be a remote beach thing, because it sure as heck is not a cleanliness or fumigation issue because the place was immaculate and the regular pest control schedule posted. Nothing a person armed with a flip-flop can’t dispense with easily:). A/C and wi-fi worked perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom well-appointed with starter products; should you need more D’Fuskie’s, the shop at County Dock, is a short golf cart ride away! Speaking of golf carts, ours was brand new, electric and the fellow who provided it was always in time and available by text. Bull River Marina and Daufuskie Transp were great, but the team at this condo really made us feel well cared for, from calling to check on our transport to providing the golf cart to answering any questions we had. Please, treat yourself to Sandy Lane Villas (especially this unit). You won’t be sorry!
