My dates were not adjusted on VRBO site for check-in, so I was not sure if I had a hotel room or not. I was told that the pool and hot tub were heated. I was later notified that that was at an extra charge, which I didn't know about. Loud noise in shower that kept awake while sleeping, pool lights did not work, so no swimming at night. Ants in the sink. Only one roll of extra toilet paper in the house. Backyard lights did not work. Many landscaping lights did not work. Pool heater sensor was in accurate, even after I spoke with pool person that came to visit. I asked for refund for heated pool given all of the issues we had with the house, no response was given.

This house was amazing. We had 3 adults, an infant and a 7 year old. There was something for everyone to do. House was very clean, grounds were well kept, the house was well stocked and the furniture was all very comfortable. The listing is 100% accurate. Will stay here again when we are in town!

Great house and yard, with so many amenities! A few small complaints, though, hand soap was ridiculously unusable (overly watered down) so we bought some. One bed was so squeaky nobody wanted to use it (right off the Jack & Jill bathroom) The fusball table needs to be replaced, it was really rickety and borderline broken. We had to contact the Ben about several things and even though he was very responsive, it was annoying and time consuming with pool slide issues, hot tub and pool heating concerns (warning: if you pay for the heated pool, know that it only heats to about 80 degrees and only until 4pm, and the hot tub doesn’t get very hot and only hears from 6-10pm- they share the same heater and have to take turns heating), showers were challenging because everyone was competing for hot water with just one water heater for the whole house. Night lights for the stairs weren’t working and we had several close calls and one person did fall down the steps going to a bedroom. I’ve contacted Ben about this, hopefully they can get it fixed soon. Also, it would be nice to have every light switch labeled, because there’s like 150 switches and it’s impossible to know which work or are connected to which light. Some are labeled, but all would be nice. The front door is also really warped and the lock seems not very secure. There were no hot pads for cooking so we bought some no lighters but Ben sent some.We did enjoy our stay here overall and it’s a great location, fun house and yard.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our three-generation family was looking for a place with lots of onsite fun, and this house absolutely delivered! Very nice inside, comfortable eating, lounging and sleeping, and nonstop activities. The pool, putting green, and pool table were in use just about every minute we weren't asleep. We were there a week, and the kids were really disappointed to have to go home. Thank you!!!

Terrific stay at a gorgeous property that was all luxury and comfort

We had such a terrific stay at this gorgeous property. The interior was all luxury and comfort. We enjoyed the pool table, super comfortable bedrooms and the grand dining room for our large family. The exterior kept us all consumed in activities, we decided to stay in because it was so nice to just be at the property. The pool is really special, it's very large with tiki torches for night swimming. There was pickleball and wine by the outdoor fireplace. This was a wonderful time thanks to this home. The host was really friendly and accommodating. They are buttoned up, the house was like checking into a five star resort but with a ton of space. We felt at home right away, it's a ten out of ten.

Luxury Family Vacation

This place definitely has the “wow” factor that we were looking for to celebrate our daughter’s graduation! Huge, beautiful house and pool with lots of yard games. A couple notes for parents of smaller kids ..- the deep part of the pool is around 8’ and the slide going into that part is a “high thrill” which ends about 2’ above the water. - about half the pool is 4’ or less- the floors are marble and slippery when wet and there are a number of places in the house with 3-4 step stairs (our 5 yr old fell down the steps in one spot)- the master bedroom suite is AMAZING and also on the opposite side of the house from the rest of the bedrooms (for better or worse, depending if you want to be close to your kids). There is a twin size bed, crib, and pack & play available in the master suite in addition to the queen size bed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay including playing foosball, ping pong, pool, basketball, and golf.

This property looks good in the pictures but doesn't quite live up to the billing. There is a fair amount of deferred maintenance owed, in our case, the ice maker, dish washer and pool heat did not work. The house was not as clean as we would have preferred.

What a phenomenal estate! This home has the best of everything, so many amazing outdoor things to do, and stunning design inside and outside. There is an enormous hot tub by tiki torch, outdoor seating for the whole family, bbq, swing chairs, putt putt, oh my what doesn't this house have? It is a huge gorgeous property with lighted pickle ball, table tennis, foos-ball. Inside there is pool, two family rooms, so many TVs, 2 dining areas, completely luxurious bedrooms. This place is the full on compound, the celebrity estate and whatever floats your boat house. It is amazing! So grateful we could enjoy this for our 10th anniversary family trip. It was the best of everything.

March Break vacation

We stayed at this property with some friends and families during March Break. There were three sports families, including five adults, three 14-year old girls who play soccer together, and two 12-year old boys who play baseball and other sports. The kids had an amazing time in the pool and playing table tennis and basketball. They were occupied constantly, which made things relaxing and peaceful for the parents. The setup of the house was great. The three girls stayed together in the master bedroom (with separate sitting area, massive walk-in closet and massive ensuite) and had their own private wing of the house for the week. The other four rooms were all king beds with heavy/solid doors - two had ensuites and the other two rooms were connected via a large, shared bathroom and shower area. The kitchen was well stocked and the location of things was labeled pretty well (to know where everything goes once washed). There was a fancy coffee maker - not being a big coffee drinker, it was lost on me, but the others spoke highly of it. There was a small glitch when we arrived at the property. The door entry code was wrong. A quick call to Ben resolved the issue and we were in within 2 minutes. The area was very quiet, yet close to anything that mattered (2-12 min to grocery stores, Target, Costco, etc for supplies). It was very relaxing to go out in the hot tub in the morning, or just sit in the back yard, and listen to the birds. Overall, a great trip and great property!
