Located in the heart of San Nicolao, just a stone’s throw from local shops and beaches, we’re offering a charming one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a beautiful terrace in a secure residence with parking.
It features an entryway, a lovely living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends.
Nearby is a large recreational park with a fitness trail. You’ll have the choice of fitness trails, the ocean, tennis, walking paths, hiking, and the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful region in the heart of the Costa Verde at Moriani Plage.
Availability: April through October—minimum one-week stay - Check-in/check-out: Saturday
April/May: 390 E/week - June: 480 E/week - July/August: 650 E/week - September: 480 E/week - October: 390 E/week - Utilities included; linens not provided (please bring your own bath towels) or, in exceptional cases, available as a package for 18 Euros per person.
Housekeeping: We ask for your understanding to avoid a 60-Euros surcharge.
