Great place to stay with a large group of adults or kids. Close to many restaurants and HEB. We rented the casita on property as well and loved having extra space. Decor was cute and furniture was comfey.

The towels were a little worn, but certainly adequate. Excellent outdoor space and activities. The kids loved the PacMan game! They enjoyed the pool, and there was no need to heat it. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good location for our wedding guest weekend.

Great spot for our family of five. Everybody had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. Very close to everything and made our first visit to dripping Springs very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Hi Katie! I understand that would be surprising to know the fee to heat the pool is reserved only for those who choose to do so. I have it listed as many places as are available to me through this platform, as well as mentioning it in the message I send with check in instructions, because I don’t want it to be a surprise. I will review and see if I can make it more prominent so this isn’t overlooked by anyone else at the time of booking. Thanks for your feedback!

The property was conveniently located to shops and other attractions and had great access to main roads. We did have to wash some bedding due to hair and stains. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes. Note there was no ice maker and couldn’t find a toaster. I wish they had some floatation mattresses for the pool because depth was over my head. Clean, well maintained pool; we paid extra to have it heated but some of our party found it too cold to swim in. Nicely appointed, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, extra bedding, towels but mattresses in some bedrooms were not comfortable. Would recommend and stay there again but bring a few things! Thank you for hosting!!

Wedding Weekend with Family

Fantastic stay during a family wedding weekend. Well-appointed, very clean, and cute decor. Bedding was very comfortable and plenty of towels, which is not always the case elsewhere. We did not use the pool but appreciated the option. Highly recommend.

Cute getaway!

I loved this house. We had 7 adults staying here and we all had our own bed. It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Plenty of linens to make it cozy with a large table. The outdoor spaces were awesome. We loved the fire pit, but spent most of our time in the pool. The only thing I can "complain" about is there is no ice maker, so bring a bag of ice!!

Great Visit in the Red House!

The property is exactly what you see in the photos. Very clean, comfy and the pool makes it perfect for families. The manager was very easy to talk to and responded quickly. Very close to a grocery store, food options, Deep Eddy Vodka and multiple breweries. Extremely quiet road with the occasional deer who roam around. Definitely would recommend for those visiting the area.

Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and bright. There are plenty of sleeping spaces without being too crowded. The hostess was generous and provided pool towels and plenty of bath towels. The hostess was very nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. My friends and I had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great girl's weekend of laying by the pool and hanging out in town shopping/dinners. We were so close to town but also out by ourselves and quiet. Thank you for everything!! We will be back again!

Perfect Family Stay

My sisters and I were in town for my niece's wedding and wanted to make it a little bit extra. We had a great time at this nice and well-suited house. The room with the king and the trundle was perfect for my one niece and her family. It allowed the children to go to bed early after a fun day of swimming and playing in the big back yard. The house is great for families, and I would recommend!
