Beautiful Newly Built OCEANFRONT End Unit Condo - minimum 7 nigh stay (Saturday -Saturday May thru August). All new furnishings, fully furnished! 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit directly across from Hampton Beach with covered deck overlooking the ocean. Located in the Oceanhouse building at 315 Ocean Boulevard. Beautifully furnished with direct waterfront views. Queen-size master bed and 2nd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Hardwood flooring throughout unit. Washer Dryer in unit. Elevator access with 1 dedicated parking space out back in gated parking lot. Great location across the street from beach and steps away from everything on the beach: restaurants, arcade, live music, weekly fireworks, and nightlife.

The condo is beautiful and well maintained and the ocean view is spectacular, particularly from the spacious corner balcony. We had a wonderful stay and were lucky to see the fireworks one evening on the beach directly across from the balcony. Condo is centrally located near shops and dining. Only negative is the noise level at times on the street below, especially on weekends. Still, the view alone makes a stay here worthwhile.

Another wonderful week at Hampton Beach. We cannot say enough about this property! The location is perfect; right across from the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk, arcades, restaurants, shops, etc. The condo is clean, modern, safe, quiet, and has everything you need for your stay. Our hosts are so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We continue to recommend this rental when folks ask us about staying in Hampton, and we plan to return again next summer!

Breathtaking ocean views. The condo was impeccable, and fully equipped with everything a guest would need. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. One of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in.

The View was Awesome!! Front view of the Ocean from the 4 floor balcony, perfect to enjoy the activity on the beach. The unit was spotlessly clean as was the balcony as well. (I walk about bare foot not a speck of dirty toes) Balcony has a 2 cushion settee as well as a comfy lounge.

We love this property and had another wonderful week at the beach. Location is great and condo is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a great vacation. This was our 3rd summer here and we plan to return next year! Highly recommended!

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful rental and our second year staying at this property. Unit is beautiful, clean, quiet, and has everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach. This was a repeat stay for us and just as wonderful as the previous ones. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. And the view can’t be beat! Having a corner unit makes the view even more impressive. The morning sunrise is truly stunning. The building is quiet and safe. Everything was in good repair both inside and outside of the unit, and the hosts are always very responsive. I definitely recommend it, and hope to be back soon. Thank you!
