Convenient location

All in all ..a Very nicely appointed florida house in a charming, very convemiently located neighborhood. Dimmers on the kichen and living room lights are needed, especially to highlight the dangerous step down from kitchen to dining area

Very nice house and very close to seagate beach

The house is close to everything , very convinient if you go with a family .. My kids loved the pool :) , Beach is so clean and many parking spaces available .. The house inside supper clean , beds very comfy , the house inside has everything you need. I will defenitley return back and rent the house again soon . Ah also property managment was available every hr of the day and night if you had a question or you were not able to find something . And i thank him so much for making this trip amazing

Awful experience!!

House was junky, bad neighborhood. Arrived and the air conditioner did not work. I called the owner, he knew there was an issue with the A/C and electrical and did not disclose it to us. Had to get a hotel room last minute for our entire stay in Naples which was expensive. VRBO only gave us a partial refund and the owner would not pay me the remainder of what we paid ahead of time. Unethical owner, tacky house, outdated, terrible furniture, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
