Duplex located in the center of Beaumont sur Sarthe, parking in the highway loops free. With all the comforts for a small family. A few streets from all shops (Restaurants, Bakery ...) In the summer season, the municipal swimming pool and the Mini-Golf course are open. Not far away, 15 minutes from Fresnay sur Sarthe, the most beautiful village in France 2021, and 30 minutes from the Alpes Mancelles, which offer magnificent visits. 24 hours of Le Mans circuit 30 minutes away.
On the first floor, the entrance with a cloakroom and a toilet.
On the first floor, the kitchen with dining area, living room with a sofa.
On the second floor, a bedroom with a double bed and four single beds, shower room and a toilet.
