Private Home located on Izaty's Golf Course

New Construction home located at Izaty's Resort. This home offers privacy as well as access to Izaty's Resort. The resort offers an 18 hole golf course, sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball courts, pontoon, paddle board, and kayak rentals, as well as a playground. Mille Lacs Lake offers some of the best bass fishing in the country. In the clubhouse you’ll find Club XIX Bar and Resturant, Golf Pro Shop, Coffee Shop, and convenience store. Please be aware the pool will not be open for the 2025 season

The house was really clean and had so many kitchen wares, slices, condiments ect available to use! Check in and out was extremely easy and communication was clear as well. Highly recommend!

Home away from Home

A perfect house!

This house was perfect for what we needed! We took our daughter and her 3 friends for a birthday weekend and they had so much fun in the bunk room where they each got their own bed, while we had a comfortable bed/room as well. Everything was so well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Having access to the Izatys amenities was also a big plus as the girls went swimming a few times. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Family Getaway with Comfort and Charm

The property was very clean inside and out, with tasteful decor and a fun, welcoming vibe. It was perfect for our family; private, a bit wooded, and had room for yard games for a few little kids. The host provided plenty of towels, toiletries, a grill, and a well-stocked kitchen, which made cooking easy. One of our favorite spots was the back patio, it was super clean and had mosquito netting, making it perfect for relaxing with a book or watching a movie by the small fire.The host was excellent! Very responsive to all our questions and provided clear instructions, local recommendations, and info about things to do in the area. The listing was a bit confusing. It mentioned a playground, but it was small and not what we expected. The pickleball/tennis court was locked, and we weren’t sure how to access it. We also expected more of a park. Overall, a great and comfortable stay for families just a few small clarifications needed in the listing.

The house was just about perfect and very well stocked. There was ample parking for a boat and 2 trucks. The ease of access to the boat ramp and Kyle allowing us to use the launch permit was outstanding. Other than the rainy days we had and arriving just after a big hatch, it was a great place. Kyle was easy to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had. Unfortunately due to the rain and bugs, we were unable to utilize the awesome fire pit that was just installed. This is an excellent place to stay and we highly recommend it.

I was told that we would have access to the pool at Izaty’s resort however was not told the pool was closed for the season. We were incredibly disappointed with the face that we couldn’t use the pool, we ended up leaving a day early.

Fishing & Golf weekend

Beautiful property! We had an amazing family weekend. The property is so cute, and clean and decorated perfectly I love that there are bathrooms in each room. Highly recommend staying here you will love the location and the townhome. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mille Lacs!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend

Perfect Girls Trip

Such a cute place! We had six women for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect size. We cooked both days we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Perfect get-a-way place to stay

Kyle was very responsive even before we booked, answered all my questions, and was able to accommodate a couple of needs we had. The perfect host. The house was even cuter in person than in the pictures. It is the perfect size/set-up for a couple of people up to many. Makes you feel like your at home even when your away. Nothing is better than coming back to a place like this after a long day on the lake and able to relax and grill out. Thank you Kyle, cannot wait to come back this Spring!

I have been dreaming of having a place of my own at Izatys Resort for much of my adult life. Now that it has come to fruition, I'm excited to share it as a host! My family has been vacationing and spending weekends on the south shores of Mille Lacs Lake for as long as I can remember. I have a passion for boating, fishing and sharing the many activities the area has to offer with friends and loved ones. When I am unable to make up north, I have opened up my home as VRBO so that others can experience the area I love so much!

Why they chose this property

My home is very private with access to great amenities, a great clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant, pool, marina, and beautiful lakeside golf course. There is ample room for parking, beautiful mature trees, private covered porch, large open kitchen.
