House with pool near downtown La Rochelle

Welcome to this wonderful home that offers much more than just a vacation spot. Here, there's something for everyone, whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying a game of pool or table soccer, or even the youngest ones will have their own play area in a dedicated room with PlayStation, TV and games! Close to La Rochelle's old port, or just 5 minutes from the Ile de Ré bridge, the location of this house offers you every possibility.

This 195 m2 house features a spacious living room, a spacious dining room and a bright living room opening onto the terrace and pool. A fully equipped kitchen, a large study with a small table soccer table and a billiard table.

On the second floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, and two further bedrooms, each with a double mezzanine bed. An extra mattress is available, as well as two fold-out benches under the mezzanines. Please note: the linen included is only for the 4 beds and not for the extra beds. You will need to provide your own kits (bed linen + towels) or pay an extra €30 per bed.
A bathroom and a shower room are also located on the second floor.


On the second and top floor, you'll find an additional bedroom with a convertible sofa bed, as well as a children's room with TV, playstation, games...

The exterior features a 10 m x 4.5 m heated swimming pool. Please note that the pool has no roller shutter, but is fitted with a motion detector alarm. With a 200 m2 terrace, whether you want to bask in the sun, organize family barbecues or simply lounge by the pool with a good book, it's all possible.
Ping-pong table, elliptical trainer, basketball hoop, body board, paddle... everything you need to make your vacation even crazier!

Beds and towels are made up on arrival. If you require additional linen or a change of linen during your stay, please let us know in advance.

For your information, this is a primary residence that will give you all the advantages of a fully-equipped and comfortable home, but perhaps a little more personal than a second home you might be familiar with.
