Quiet, residential area close to ponds and Gamaches town centre. Shops nearby. 20 minutes from the cliffs of Ault, Mers-Les-Bains and Le Tréport. 30 minutes from Saint-Valéry and the pointe du Hourdel. 1 hour from Amiens. Superb walks and cycle rides along the Bresle. Cycle paths.

Charming little house, all on one level, 3 bedrooms. Pretty enclosed garden to the rear with wooden decking. Living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with very comfortable double bed overlooking the garden, 2nd bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds, 3rd bedroom with double futon. Sleeps 6.
Sun loungers, parasol, 2 bicycles on site.
Very pleasant!
It's a 60 m2 cottage equipped with 2 electric convector heaters (+ 2 auxiliary electric heaters) and a wood-burning stove, no TV but Internet. It's ideal for reconnecting with nature and cutting yourself off from various networks (I telework there regularly). It's even possible to get to the sea on foot (3h) or by bike via the specially laid-out path along the Bresle.

Beaucoup d’efforts à faire …

Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire jusqu’à ce que je lui donne mon avis après notre séjour. A ce jour je n’ai pas eu de retour. C’est dommage ! Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir pour un we d’anniversaire dans le village. Heureusement que nous n’avons fait que dormir. A l’arrivée il faisait très froid et nous avons attendu le 2e jour pour être bien. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement … il y a une forte odeur d’humidité. La douche fuit au niveau du tablier. Pourquoi laisser du beurre ouvert dans le frigo et autant de nourriture périssable et périmée dans le placard. J’ai refait la vaisselle avec une vieille éponge avant le petit déjeuner ! La bouilloire et pleine de tartre. Je suis très déçue de la location … je ne m’attendais pas à cela du tout !

Désolé je n'avais pas eu le temps de répondre à votre dernier message mais cela a été fait depuis (et plusieurs fois). Comme décrit dans la présentation, ce gîte est principalement chauffé par le poêle à bois. Cela permet de réchauffer la maison assez rapidement en hiver et avec les convecteurs et les chauffages d'appoint dans les chambres et la salle de bain, la température monte rapidement et l'humidité disparaît. J'avoue que je comprends difficilement tous vos reproches qui vont de la propreté au prix (en message privé) en passant par l'épicerie. N'est-ce pas légèrement exagéré ? C'est un gîte ! Surtout pour le retrouver dans l'état dans lequel vous l'avez laissé : portail ouvert, miettes sur la table, vaisselle pas rangée, sol pas balayé, poêle pas nettoyé, volet pas fermé... Certaines personnes détestent cette location alors que d'autres l'adorent (Note de 2 à 10). Néanmoins je prends en compte tous les avis pour l'améliorer.

Agréables séjour

Petite maison sympa, entre ancient et moderne Nous avons passé un agréable weekend .la maison est bien située .plein des choses a explorer, les randonnées, la rivières, les balades à treport. Les falaise. Convient aux aventurier de la nature qui ne cherche pas le luxe mais la beauté de la nature . Merci pour cette déconnexion.

État général de la maison

Maison bien située et bien équipée cependant le ménage ne semble pas avoir été effectué depuis un bon moment compte tenu des toiles d'araignées trouvées sous les lits, entre autres. De plus des couettes, alèses et oreillers étaient tachés. Le jardin manque d'entretien et ne correspond plus aux photos de l'annonce.

Merci Claude pour vos remarques. Je vais changer rapidement les éléments de literie qui sont tâchés. Effectivement pour l'entretien du jardin au vu de la succession des réservations, cela n'a pas pu être fait régulièrement. Néanmoins l'approche de ce jardin reste quand même de laisser s'exprimer la biodiversité dans l'îlot central :-) Quant au ménage, il est fait régulièrement. Désolé pour ces désagréments, il s'agit de ma première année de location, aussi je pense pouvoir améliorer tous les points que vous avez mentionnés.
