The house is perfect for laying your head down. House is older but in great condition. A few things here or there as you would expect from an older house but very clean , very comfortable. The area is nice and quiet. Perfect for what we needed. Wouldn’t consider a party house but more of a come and go.
We stayed here for a short week for a convention. The rental is about 15 minutes from downtown which was great for our group. The property itself was a bit run down. Multiple items around the property weren't secure/closed in anyway such as shower heads and the main electrical panel. For adults this isn't a problem but I wouldn't recommend bringing any curious children around.
For a 3 bedroom house it was less expensive than others in the area. However, for the total price for a two nights stay it was very sub par. There are very few updates to the home in past 40 years. No silverware, plastic bowls, no instructions where to find things. The Futons are awful. The master bedroom is huge but only has one double bed in it. The screen doos have 2" gaps at the top. One interior door has the striker plate on wrong so the door won't close. An electrical outlet cover fell off. There is no family dining table. Most of the chairs are terrible. Nothing done to this house is to any building code. Not sure who is to blame but VRBO should not be listing this property so they are partly to blame.
I wouldn’t advise staying here on New Year’s Eve. A few of the neighbors aren’t familiar with the theory of gravity. They were celebrating by firing AR’s straight up in the air. I’m sure it’s a fine neighborhood during other times of the year
The house was nice and a good option close to where we needed to be. Exactly what we needed to enjoy the holiday.

Not a bad stay but overpriced for the quality of the property.
We enjoyed our time together with family and the house accommodated our group nicely as far as space available. However, while the master room was very spacious, it was way too cold. The living space furniture consisted of futons which weren't the most comfortable but they provided a sitting area at least. The kitchen could use more pots and pans! (We had to go buy a skillet for pancakes) Checking in and out was easy and convenient. The location was fine for the things we wanted to do, but we did find some areas nearby a little bit rough. We also had to go buy candles because there was a strong smell in the house. (Not sure if it was paint maybe?) We loved the big TV and surround sound in the living room. Overall the house was sufficient for our needs. Could use some work to make it more homey and not sure the price matched the quality of the house but we had no major issues and enjoyed our visit to the area!
