Great location! Just minutes from the Disney theme parks, shopping, restaurants and I-4. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the desirable community of Kissimmee. This home features large bedrooms and living area, an enclosed rear porch and fenced back yard. This property features open living spaces complete with large family room, dining room and remodeled kitchen cabinets. The master bathroom is quite spacious. Both bathrooms have updated countertops.


Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.

The minimum age required is 18.
BBQ grill available with an additional fee.
Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Subpar Rental Experience

Okay, not trying to come off negative during this review but this property was not really ready for guest to check in. Another round of cleaning should have been done.I've used VRBO several times this year alone and by far this property cleanliness was the worst. If you enjoy seeing long dark hair scattered everywhere on the floor, on the bed and my favorite; on the towels, then go no further. Book this place now....I actually want you to book this place just so you can understand the level of disgust me and my 12-year-old son felt staying at this lovely short term rental. The check in process was questionable at first, but ultimately panned out. The communication was as it should be, responsive and sympathetic. The property manager apologized but did nothing to mitigate the problem. And my son and I cleaned up the hair ourselves. Awesome!Maybe you will have a better experience than we did but I ultimately would NOT recommend this property to anybody that I care about. Hope this helps.
