The Saratoga Race Track and SPAC are only a few minutes’ drive away, offering easy access to the best of Saratoga.
Located entirely on the first floor, this spacious apartment is designed around the theme of Water, offering a tranquil, contemporary atmosphere with calming blue hues and natural stone finishes that create a serene, spa-like ambiance. Each of the three bedrooms includes its own full bathroom with rainfall shower—two of which are en-suite —while the primary suite features a luxurious soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation experience.

A wonderful stay at the Water

My husband and I and our friends visited Saratoga Springs and stayed at the Water. What a great place for 3 couples, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We will definitely be visiting again in the future. We had so much fun visiting the racetrack, enjoying a concert at the SPAC, many great meals downtown, and enjoying our friends in a great place. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect spot

This property could not have been more perfect for our family’s needs. We needed a space big enough for six of us on short notice. The property has nice spaces for gathering. It is fairly quiet, despite being close to Rt 50 and has pleasant grounds. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the middle of town and very close to Skidmore. We were very happy with this choice and would be happy to stay here again.

Beautify Saratoga condo located in an idyllic neighborhood, with just a short 5 minute walk to shops and dining. This was our first stay in Saratoga, and we could not have picked a better location or vacation property. Our host was very gracious, check-in was effortless and the condo far exceeded our expectations. Very clean, beautiful decor, well appointed and spacious. Lovely outside deck with sitting area and a BBQ. We were a party of 4 adults (2 couples). We enjoyed daily walks to Broadway for dining and shopping, and a short drive to the race track. A truly enjoyable stay!

It doesn't get any better. This was our second time staying here and it was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 19 so we rented all three units in the building and there was plenty of space for all. The units are decorated very nicely and are extremely comfortable. If we needed something in the kitchen, it was there. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms are modern. Living rooms were perfect for gathering.The location is top notch. A very short drive to the track and a very short walk to Broadway. It really is the perfect location for a Saratoga getaway. And the hosts are incredible. Great communication throughout and readily available when needed.Stay here... you won't be disappointed. We'll be back for sure.

Perfect Location, Gorgeous Property

The Rock is a beautiful property! For the second year, our group of friends enjoyed Water, Wind, and this time also Fire for a weekend getaway. We wish we would have booked three nights, and that’s the plan next year. The property has everything you need and is meticulously clean. Plenty of space for privacy and for the group to gather before enjoying a night on the town. Easy walk to everything on Broadway, or turn the other direction and enjoy the gorgeous homes headed toward Skidmore College. Ben is wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Girls weekend

A few friends and I met in Saratoga for the weekend and we had a wonderful time at the Water! The property is very unique and well-appointed, clean, and the layout is spacious and quiet… especially given that it is near a busy road. Great location to downtown too! We especially loved the gas fireplace. The host was extremely accommodating and accessible. Would definitely recommend!!

Choir Retreat at Skidmore College

This location was perfect for commuting to Skidmore College during the day for rehearsals and enjoying the nightlife on Broadway at night. This was my first time using VRBO and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of listings and the quality of the options for Saratoga Springs. We ended up going with this unit and it did not disappoint! Really nice amenities, freshly renovated and in a lovely part of town just a quick walk to downtown. Ben was great to work with and the whole process could not have gone smoother. He was even happy to help when I told him I had forgotten some belongings after checkout. 5 stars!

Our group enjoyed both Wind and Water for a weekend birthday celebration and the units were absolutely gorgeous. Exactly as advertised and perfectly clean. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, and easy walking to downtown. Each couple commented on how it was awesome to have enough space where the stay felt private, combined with gathering space to enjoy time together. Amazing space and location

Perfect location close to everything we wanted to do in Saratoga- walking, shopping and eating. The unit was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. The property is located right on the corner of North Broadway. If you look one way down this main thoroughfare, you'll see downtown Saratoga Springs which features the biggest collection of restaurants and shops in the city. In the other direction lies a scenic walk past classic and luxurious estates and the Skidmore college campus. With the heart of the city just a brief walk away, you can venture into the action right up the street and retreat back to Water when you are ready for some peace and quiet. We are also a brief walk away from a farmers market, so you can cook a gourmet, locally sourced meal in your chef-ready kitchen during your stay.

Traffic is at its worst at some of the best times to visit Saratoga Springs, so the quick walk right into town makes it easy to enjoy all the city has to offer without the hassle. There is ample on-street parking directly around our space to leave your vehicle while you explore on foot, or easily come and go with your car if you are adventuring outside of the city. We will be available throughout your stay to answer questions, offer recommendations, or tell you anything you'd like to know about our place and the surrounding area!
