Spend your vacation in one of four apartments with shared swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. CDE454 consists of 2 apartments and 2 additional bedrooms , minimum ceiling height 180 cm. The house is located in Kastel Stafilic, only about 2km from the old town of Trogir, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The property is beautifully landscaped with garden house, summer kitchen, barbecue and play facilities for children. In the house are also billiards, table tennis, darts and a fitness bike for common use. Discover other historical attractions such as the wonderful old town of Split, which is worth a day trip.

Die Unterkunft war in unserem 14 tägigem Urlaub sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft war in unserem 14 tägigem Urlaub sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und gut klimatisiert. Auch die große Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der 4 flammige Herd hat gut funktioniert und mit einer Dunstabzugshaube ausgestattet. Die Kühl--Gefrierkombi ausreichend für 7 Personen. Betten und Matratzen gut. Was wir aus der Beschreibung nicht entnehmen konnten war das im 3 Bett-Zimmer ein Bett kürzer war. Die beiden Dusch-Bäder waren sauber. Jedoch der zur Ausstattung gehörende Fernseher war von Tag 1 defekt und konnte in den 14 Tagen nicht ersetzt werden. Auch beim Tausch der Bettbezüge und Handtücher wurde zwar ein Behälter zum Tausch zur Verfügung gestellt, aber bis zum Abend kein Ersatz geliefert. Trotzdem ist diese Unterkunft als deutlich überdurchschnittlich anzusehen - finde ich für den angesetzten Mietzins auch erwartbar.
