Arrivée prevue entre 16 et 18 h. Le studio etait propre, sa situation géographique de premier choix, tout se fait à pied. Le parking est privé, de belles vacances, seul bémol, le matelas du canapé, même s'il est récent, n'est pas confortable. 10 cm de mousse avec des renforts en tube d'acier qui tombent au niveau des epaules et du bassin. Ce serait à revoir. Le reste est tout bien.

Location au top à tous les niveaux. Le lieu, la localisation, la proximité de la mer et de tous l...

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par l'agence Foncia de saint pierre d'oleron. Le seul petit Bémol, c'est que pour réaliser l'état des lieux, il faut scanner un Qr code et la connexion est tellement mauvaise à la cotiniere qu'il est impossible de le réaliser.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison. Commerces à proximité et possibilité de faire le tour de l’île à vélo depuis la Cotinière.
