Rairettes: Beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet "Flocon de Neige", 2 storeys, built in 2014. On the outskirts, 900 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.
"Chalet Flocon de Neige", 5-room chalet 184 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, cable TV and DVD. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 6 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, cooking island, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV, flat screen and DVD. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, cable TV and flat screen. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, west facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house.

Flocon de beige is een heerlijk huis met een schitterend uitzicht. We hebben er twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht. Vanuit het huis kunnen mooie wandelingen worden gemaakt.

Dit uitzicht verveelt nooit

Fantastisch huis met geweldig uitzicht. Ik kan hier wel weken zitten en kijken. Paar kleine dingen: - twee persoonsbed is aan vervanging toe, aardig doorgezakt - vind het jammer dat ik 3x moet vragen of we eerder aan kunnen komen. En uiteindelijk nog een keer moet vragen omdat zit dit pas 3 dagen van tevoren kunnen zeggen. Verder top, zou er zo weer heengaan!

Sehr gepflegtes Chalet von innen und außen. Wir waren 9 Personen und jeder kam auf seine Kosten. EG - Ein Zimmer war ein Doppelbett mit Dusche und WC. Alle anderen Zimmer mit separaten Badmöglichkeiten. In einem Bad gab es eine Toilette und Dusche und im anderen Bad eine Badewanne, Toilette, Waschmaschine und Trockner. OG - separates WC, sehr große Küche und Essensbereich + Lounge. Terrasse mit einem mega Blick in das Tal. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Party störte hier niemanden.

Ferienhaus "flocon de neige"

Bitte unbedingt die Beleuchtung in den WC's oberhalb der Spiegel gängig machen. Die schlechte Beleuchtung nervt. Wasserhahn bei Waschbecken in Küche funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Abgesehen von diesen Mängeln macht diese Ferienunterkunft viel Freude.

Endroit très calme près du centre. Une magnifique vue En revanche beaucoup de poussière. Vitres mal nettoyées. Un grand m ménage à fond est nécessaire. Autant dedans que dehors. Literie moyennement confortable et certain draps usés / troués. Aucunes informations sur comment fonctionne la tv ou wifi. Il a fallu chercher par nous même. Au prix facturé je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux. Les petits détails font la différence.

Super Blick, tolle Einrichtung

Das Chalet ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man hat einen großartigen Blick ins Rhônetal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Es liegt am Nordhang, Ende Februar gibt es aber schon viel Sonne auf der schönen Terrasse. Die Anfahrt ist recht steil, unbedingt Ketten mitnehmen (wenn es schneit könnte man sie auch für die Abfahrt brauchen, 4WD nützt da nichts). Der Weg wurde aber, als wir plötzlich eingeschneit waren, täglich geräumt. Zu Fuss braucht man gut 10 Minuten hinab zur Tracouet Talstation. Das ist mit Skischuhen kaum zu schaffen, bergauf unmöglich. Man kann aber links neben dem Haus einen Weg bergauf gehen und dann quer über eine (noch) unbebaute Wiese laufen. So kommt man nach ca. 200 m zu einem Weg, der nach links zu Piste führt (Höhe Hameau de la Clève). So kann auch bei entsprechenden Schneeverhältnissen zum Haus abgefahren werden. Die eingezeichnete Lage stimmt nicht (Stand 05.03.2017). Das Haus liegt östlich oberhalb von Haute-Nendaz auf ca. 1600 m.
