The duplex apartment can accommodate 4 people. One bedroom on each floor and the 2 bedrooms have their private bathroom. A large living room of 30 m2 with a glass roof overlooking the sky, accommodates a living room, a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is south-facing, very bright and extremely quiet, a cocoon sheltered from noise and hustle and bustle.
Just a stone's throw away, you will find the very commercial rue du Poteau with all the possible shops. Lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
Served by lines 12 (Jules Joffrin) and 4 (Simplon), buses 31, 80 and 95, everything is within reach or easy to reach in Paris.
The decoration is very neat and the apartment is equipped with everything you will need during your stay.
