Great Location for Weekend Get Away

I gifted a weekend stay to my daughter and her fiance for her birthday. My initial contact and then reservation was quickly responded to by the owners. The comments that follow are from my daughter. The location was great. The cottage has no ocean view, but it was such easy access to the beach that it didn't matter. If I was staying at the beach longer though, I would have preferred a water view. The linens were all clean and overall there was a sense of cleanliness. However, the floors were sticky and sandy and really could use a more thorough cleaning. A nice little place for a quick stay.

Great beach access

Didn't mind the efficiency size as we didn't spend much time indoors. Beach access without having to drive/park was most important. Wi-fi could definitely be improved - that's my only complaint.

Perfect for a quick getaway weekend!

Needed a nice little place for a weekend getaway and found this little gem! It was perfect! It has just about everything you need for a stay. It has a coffee maker, toaster over, microwave, stove , full size fridge and sink. They provide towel if you need them or you can bring your own. The beach is right on the other side and it wasn't crowed at all. In fact, there were hardly any people there. The property manager is really wonderful too! Highly recommend for that perfect weekend getaway. It's perfect if it's just you or you and a friend.

Yes, book it!

I love this property, i loved the beach access, i loved almost everything about it. I will be back, but i will be prepared next time. We were only there for a couple days, so the state of cleanliness was fine, but if it was longer, it would have been nice to have a deeper clean. The floors and surfaces were clean. The rug and couch had sand all over them, when we got into the cottage for the first time we took our shoes off and walked into the kitchen, so i immediately felt the sand in the rug, you could see it collect in the couch. There were cleaning supplies there, but no vacuum to clean that up. The shower was fine, but the curtain rod was off balance and wobbly, so it didn't allow for the shower curtain to close on either side, which resulted in some water on the floor. The water pressure in the kitchen is very low, so washing dishes can be lengthy if eating in. Bedroom sheets weren't dirty, but you could tell they are washed with towels, they're were towel strings and long hair stands on our sheets. You can't beat the location, the design and decor is very relaxing and well done, great places to eat nearby, grocery store and many small, quick mart style shops. It really is a gem!

Excellent choice.

The property is super cute! I love that they included a fire starter log for campfires on the beach. My only complaint was no microwave but other than that, I highly recommend this spot for the price.
