About this property

The 400 square foot private studio carriage house is just minutes walk to Okanagan Beach, breweries and coffee shops in downtown Penticton! The carriage house is fully stocked, comfortable furnishings, beach towels, BBQ and secure storage for bikes, beach gear, hockey or ski gear! The carriage house is in very close proximity to the KVR for biking to local wineries.
The space
Guests have 400 sq ft of completely separate living accommodations with their own private entrance and free street parking. The open concept space includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, air conditioning, washer/dryer, queen size bed, TV and sitting area with a sectional couch. There is a full sized propane BBQ outside under a covered sitting area with table and chairs.

Exactly what we wanted

My husband, dog, and I needed a place to wait out the rain on a climbing trip. This place was perfect for our crew to get warm, do laundry, and cook some meals. The host accommodated our last minute booking and provided all the info we needed. The small studio unit is a great part of town with good coffee and food nearby.

It's a nice private spot, and all self-contained quite comfortable. Air conditioner howls but you get used to it.

Top Flight Carriage House

The property was a perfect fit for my wife and I. The house itself has been completely modernized, is well equipped and is comfortable. We really enjoyed the private outdoor deck that is attached. It is conveniently located close to the beach and other services. The property managers were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.
