The location is unbeatable - just a short walk from the best coffee, bars, and eateries in the city, and only a 10-minute walk from the beach.
With main-level living, you'll have easy access from the street or back alley to load and unload from each day's activities.
Enjoy the entire single-family home to yourself with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker, freshly brewed coffee with the beans provided, a blender, toaster, and all the cookware you'll need.
