Comfy basement suite
This is a basement 1 bedroom suite. Full kitchen and washer dryer. Furniture and bed are comfortable. There is Wifi. Close to downtown and KVR trail.

Superlative place in a central location
This well designed and very well appointed basement apartment is just right for a couple. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, has good off street parking and is central to all the area has to offer. We visited in winter but you can tell there's a lot of reasons to visit in the summer. Mike was a great host, he and Mary have obviously put a lot of thought into this apartment.

Location , location . Just 200 steps to Main Street for shops , restaurants , and farmers market..Beautiful Okanagan Lake and beaches only 12 min stroll .
Tennis courts , running track , soccer fields just a 5 minute walk .
Lots of hiking paths and amazing scenery will keep you entertained .

What makes this property unique

I am very fortunate to live in sunny Penticton and enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle .Even luckier to have extra room to share with visitors to our beautiful city .
