Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store, Colin's Cantina Restaurant, and Day Spa Cito Spa on site! Great family atmosphere!

Loved the resort it was right off the beach had everything we needed right in the resort we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to VERY CLEAN beautiful views and the pools were immaculate the place was great would definitely stay here again

Awesome Stay at Princess Resort

We were able to get a condo on supershort notice with a great view to water and pool area. Very nice accomodations and super clean. Very fast internet adds to a great stay. Excellent restaurant, great food, the breakfasts are delicious. Multiple beach side huts for relaxation and they also light up at night to just sit and relax enjoying a drink and the breeze. I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Exactly what we needed!

We were hoping for a relaxing getaway, and we got it. The property is very well maintained (the staff is kind, friendly, and hardworking). The beach at this resort is almost double in-depth compared to other properties, offers more shaded beach umbrellas, and has an area free from beach vendors. The unit was immaculate, provided a nice view, and provided many comforts of home. There are a couple of things to be aware of (beyond anyone's control): 1. The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbors. 2. Although there are stated 'quiet hours' you can hear the music from the nearby clubs. 3. Wi-fi is spotty at times and may not be conducive for work/school from home requirements. The communication with the owner/management was prompt and efficient when needed. We would highly recommend this property and unit for your beach get-away.
