## Logement This loft-style apartment-home in an old farmhouse has been completely renovated and furnished with style! It has a garden and can accommodate up to 6 people. All mountain activities are nearby. Equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings, it comprises 3 levels:
➢ Floor 2: - a twin bedroom with two single beds 90 and a desk; - a bedroom with a double bed 160 ; - a shower room with WC and washbasin.
➢ Floor 1: - one bedroom with a single bed ; - bedroom with double bed (160cm), desk and magnificent view; - a shower room with WC, bidet and double washbasin;
➢ Ground floor: - an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen; - a dining room with table and chairs; - a lounge to relax in after a day out. - a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer;
All overlooking a furnished garden with a magnificent view of the Aiguille du Midi. Please note that the property is above the Route Blanche leading to Chamonix. Situated in an old farmhouse, you hear very little noise from the motorway when you are inside the accommodation,

This is a very tastefully remodeled house in a quiet village that has easy access to Chamonix. It's clean and contemporary, and yet has enough touches (and the warmth of wood!) to make it cozy. The bedrooms are utterly spacious. The bathrooms are splendid. Such a special find and perfect for our adult family of 5 -- we didn't even use the children's room.
Despite its location adjoining the motor way, we were never affected by the noise.
Provided you have a car, this is a great option for a family or small group of friends to enjoy outside of Chamonix.
