This was very nice and convenient for our short trip. The apartment was comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but nothing horrible. Overall we really enjoyed it.
The communication, check in and location were very good. This place is not compatible for those who wish to dine or work out of house. It is located in a very rich area for dining and easy access to travel.
Perfect location for us to hang out with our son who lives on Broadway Street - just a few blocks away and walking distance.
Only negative is WiFi signal is not strong enough to use tv for our streaming services.
Second time we booked a stay and will use again.

The apartment is quite nice inside: the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works well, the kitchenette is ... well, not what it could be, but it is as advertised. Communication with the hosts is good. My only real problem with this place was that noise from Broadway, a major street, came in through the windows and seriously disturbed my sleep.

Things to be aware of
The unit itself was okay, but be aware that the neighborhood has a lot of street noise at night, including people yelling. There must be a bar nearby and drunks walking around in the wee hours. Also, our unit was on the third floor. For me with bad knees the stairway was a challenge - very narrow staircase and steps that are angled very high, similarly to Amsterdam if you've ever been there. Overall it was nice, as there is a nice coffee shop steps away (Nitro Bar, I think).

Great stay, but...
We liked the space, but it has lots of stairs. The unit had the instant hot water turned off, but I found it and turned it on so no big deal. There was not a microwave, nor a working TV (yes I searched for channels). There was ample parking, a cute courtyard to retreat to, a nice bakery down the street, it can be loud at night, and we did not reach out to the property manager. The unit does have dishes, a traditional coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and a single hot plate.

First at all the host wax not nice !
The place was unsafe, noisy. The bathroom had big step that was not safe to walk in especially I had leg injury. The bathtub did not have a mat causing slippery bath.
The fireplace had duck wood with rusty nails causing toxic air. A lot of mosquitos
Honestly, I should get money back !
Overall good experience; lighting was very dim throughout, especially in the bathroom; no Kleenex provided; not enough towels / washcloths for the length of stay; would be nice to have blinds/curtains/shades in front room and working blinds in bedroom and bathroom; good location; good parking/ relatively quiet neighborhood; we would recommend this property!
In nice neighborhood in Historic building. Property was decorated nicely and inviting. Had sitting room/kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Bed was so comfortable and slept well. Very clean with off street parking. Only thing that would make it nicer would be a small microwave. Can not say enough good things about this place.
