Lakefront: private boat dock with nearby deep water, 2 kayaks, screened porch dining and cushioned outdoor seating, gas grill, deck overlooking lake with retractable shades, sliding glass door access to outside from 3 bedrooms. Very gradual grassy slope to dock.

Cutlery: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full knife set, coffee pot, blender, cooking basics, gas grill, and flatware. We have a large indoor dining table that seats 8 adjacent to a dining table on the screened porch that seats 4. The kitchen is also conveniently has 2 sinks and 2 ovens.

General: linens/ towels provided, free WiFi, first aid kit, washer/ dryer, starter kit including 2 trash bags, 1 roll paper towels, toilet paper for each bathroom, hand soap for the bathrooms, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods. The home is equipped for a small child with a crib, sound machine, baby monitor, and high chair.

Fun: Game room in basement with large leather reclining couch and 70inch TV, small kitchen (cabinets, sink, and refrigerator), and fun games for all ages. We have corn hole boards available for renters also. There are a total of 4 smart TVs and Direct TV connected.

Layout: The house has 5 bedrooms (4 king beds, 1 queen bed) and a game room with a full over twin bunk bed. There is availability for 12 people to sleep comfortably in beds. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the main level and the other 2 bedrooms are located in the basement with the game room. There are 3.5 bathrooms (tiled showers and shower/bath combo) located in the home. The is also a large utility room in the basement that is perfect for storing lake recreation and fishing equipment.
