Situated amongst towering Ponderosa Pines, this fantastically remodeled Gold Bend condo in Northstar is waiting for you. Lovingly dubbed "The Treehouse", this 3 bedroom, 2 bath property embraces modern touches to a classic Northstar retreat. Consisting of 3 levels, the primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the main living area is on the second level, with the laundry, bath and 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level. The unit features two balconies overlooking the forest.

Jump on a shuttle, just steps away from your front door, to access world class skiing, village amenities and the community recreation center *. . . ideal for unwinding after a long day of hitting the slopes or exploring Tahoe. The great room style living area is the perfect space to come home to, cook up a meal and relax near the gas fireplace. Start creating memories at The Treehouse, this iconic Northstar condo.

Please note, the condo capacity is 6 people maximum and there are no pets allowed. There is on-site management and non-compliance will be reported. Thank you for your understanding!

* Amenities at the community recreation center include year round access to pools and hot tubs, fitness center & sauna and pickle ball and tennis courts during the summer months - guest fees are charged at the front desk. The recreation center is a half mile away from the unit.

- Leave parking passes, rec center passes and key to the outdoor closet

The treehouse was an excellent location and we had the best experience! The place had all the amenities we needed and many extras - games, linens all top of the line! Perfect for our family with 3 elementary aged kids. Shuttle to Northstar is quick and easy. Many great restaurants nearby!

Lovely vacation home with nice upgrades

My family and friends stays there for the presidents weekend and we enjoyed the vacation home a lot. Town house is well-equipped with top brand kitchen appliances and professional decorated. This was a great spot for our family. The property manager was so accommodating, easy to communicate with, and made us feel welcomed and right at home for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. It’s very charming and comfortable, with enough space for all. Colette has been a great host. We had everything we needed, with the condo fully stocked with all the necessities. Great location to both downhill and cross country skiing.

Cozy place with great location

My family and I had a great experience staying in this property. The location was 3 minutes away from Northstar village and close to the grocery store, which was super convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated that there were lots of extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). I would recommend staying in this property, especially for skiing.
