Fully stocked large kitchen and open living room with a walkout wraparound balcony. The perfect spot to relax outside with a cold drink and enjoy the summer breeze!
Washer and dryer on-site, brand new refrigerator plus an outside refrigerator to handle all guest needs.

You will enjoy a great hang-out spot underneath the house, decorated with hammocks, swings, chairs, and lighting, it's the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach or at night with friends and family!

There are Roku Smart TVs throughout for easy streaming of your favorite shows and movies while staying.

The house has two separate dedicated working spaces for all of our work-from-home guests!

Fabulous Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful week at OBI. This property was perfect for all ages in our group. It was clean and well maintained and the host was super responsive. Beach chairs and toys were provided and the kitchen had everything needed for family meals. We will definitely come back.

Family rental

The home was lovely and just enough sleeping and bath areas for all of our group. The houses were awfully close together and we missed the view of the ocean from front porch. The pool was a nice treat with the kids. We were supposed to blow the drive but could not find a plug that would take the extension cord. Swept best we could.

Golf get away

A group of 12 stayed at the house and it fit our needs to a tee. Beach access was close and the fridge kept the beer cold. We would come back again. Host took care of small pro right away. The only negative comment would be addressed to VRBO on their policy of keeping a security deposit so long.

Cute and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. It was a 4 to 6 minute walk to the beach, depending on how fast you walk. Yes we actually timed it. We had 18 adults and everyone had space. It has a very large, wraparound balcony although if you’re looking for privacy, you might stay inside. The host Nick, was super friendly and very attentive. We only needed him when we first checked in and he was right on top of it. Don’t forget to bring your linen and blankets.

Home was a big disappointment

The VRBO description described the house as a completely renovated oasis! What we found was a dirty, rundown home. The so-called brand new flooring was held together with painters tape in places and transition pieces were loose, the all new furniture was actually broken and had many stains, the two separate dedicated working spaces were small desks in two of the bedrooms, the grill was unusable and broken at the base, the bicycles were present but unusable with crooked wheels, the beach chairs were rusted and broken, there was one hammock swing and a moldy rug in the carport area and much more. We were so disappointed that we ended up leaving the house after the first full day and never got a full refund from VRBO. It took hours of phone calls to VRBO to get a supervisor on the phone and still never got everything resolved. Moving to a new location during vacation and spending approx. an hour on a day on the phone was not how I expected to spend my vacation. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else through a company that will stand behind you if something goes wrong.

Every guest that stays with us loves this house. We're sorry you were not able to relax on your vacation and enjoy yoruself. We did indeed give you all of your money back as promised, we even offered to have the house fully cleaned, replace the grill (which broke unexpectedly) Painters tape- yes there is one threshold on the floor that broke. Our property manager put a piece of tape down to prevent it from splintering. In the summer, guests rent Saturday-Saturday. This leaves 0 time to make renovations. Most guests know this, apparently you've never rented in the summer before. Best of luck in the future with renting- sorry you made your whole families trip an inconvenience.

Great house and great communication!

We had a great experience at out vacation at this house. It was clean and had all updated features inside the house. Nick was so helpful when we had some difficulties getting in the house when our rental started. We are definitely hoping to come back here!

Fun long weekend getaway

Overall our group had a great time. The place was only a block away from the beach which was awesome and plenty of indoor / outdoor space. The beach volleyball set-up in the backyard was a lot of fun. Although we did run into some cleanliness issues in the kitchen but overall, our stay was great.

Great Time!

This house was such a gem. House was clean and spacious. We had family from various ages and they all enjoyed their stay. Very close to the beach. There’s a pool but it’s a community one, also a very short walk.
