Welcome to our cozy, storybook-inspired Smoky Mountain cabin in Hidden Springs Resort — about 1 mile from Dollywood and Splash Country, and convenient to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, the Cal Ripken Experience, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This 2-bedroom cabin with a kids’ sleeping/play loft is a comfortable home base for family adventures, baseball tournaments, Dollywood trips, and Smoky Mountain getaways. It’s also a sweet place to tuck away, relax, and unwind between full days of fun.

The cabin is located in Hidden Springs Resort, a gated community tucked right behind Dollywood — close enough that you can often hear the train whistle from the porch!

You’ll be convenient to Dollywood, Splash Country, the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, the Cal Ripken Experience, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

A FUN, COZY CABIN FOR FAMILIES

Kids can explore the loft, play games, read books, and discover bear-themed surprises throughout the cabin. Adults can relax in the hot tub, sip coffee on the porch, or take a breather between full days of fun.

Whether you’re visiting for Dollywood, a baseball tournament, a family vacation, or a Smoky Mountain getaway, the cabin gives everyone room to settle in and unwind.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Main-floor king suite with jetted tub and walk-in shower
• Upstairs queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom and tub/shower combo
• Twin-over-twin bunk bed in the cozy kids’ loft
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living room

Please note: Children under age 2 should not use the top bunk, and the top bunk has a 200 lb. weight limit.

Maximum occupancy is 8 total guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. The cabin can sleep 8, but it may feel cozy if every bed, including the sleeper sofa, is in use. For some groups, that is just right; for others, a little extra space may be preferred.

KITCHEN, LINENS, AND CONVENIENCE

• Well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at the cabin
• Keurig Duo coffee maker for both K-Cups and drip-style coffee
• Linens provided
• Hair dryers in both bathrooms
• Starter supplies provided, including toilet paper, laundry soap, and dish soap

• Check-out: 10 a.m.
• Minimum renter age: 25
• No smoking or vaping in the cabin
• Strict no-animal property
• Resort quiet time begins at 10 p.m.
• Children are welcome! Please note that the cabin is child-friendly but not child-proof, so children should be supervised at all times, especially on the decks, around the hot tub, and in the loft sleeping area.
• Front entrance security camera faces the porch and parking area for security and the occasional critter sighting

RESORT POOL

Community pool access is included at Hidden Springs Resort. The pool is typically open March 2–December 31, though resort amenities may occasionally close for maintenance.

The pool is within walking distance or a short drive and can be seen down the slope from the back deck.
