Come and enjoy your stay in Pontaillac, in this superb 2-room apartment of 35m2 completely refurbished with its terrace of 10m2 with a glimpse of the sea, facing west, swimming pool (July and August), at the foot of the beach of Pontaillac and shops; located on the 3rd floor with lift, including a living room with fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a large sofa bed with a mattress of 160x200 is installed, a shower room with washing machine and toilet, dressing room and bedroom with cupboards and bed of 140x200, absolute calm... blackout shutters and curtains; new equipment and furniture; bicycle storage in the residence;

Superbe appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé entre Royan et Saint Palais accessibles à pied si on aime marcher. À deux pas de la place et d’un très bon glacier. Très propre. Les plus : la piscine et l’ascenseur. Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer pas loin sans problème.
